What should I bring to a smog check?

Yes. We inspect eligible RVs and motorhomes. Because vehicle size and configuration vary, calling ahead is recommended for larger vehicles.
What does Not Ready mean?
Not Ready usually means one or more emissions monitors have not completed their self-tests, often after the battery was disconnected or diagnostic codes were recently cleared.
Can a vehicle pass with the check-engine light on?
No. A commanded-on malfunction indicator light, commonly called the check-engine light, results in a failed California smog inspection.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. You can fill out the online customer form before arriving to save time.
